Make a gift in your will
The AMBER Trust has helped to change the lives of many blind or partially sighted children, yet for every child we help, we know there are many more who will need financial assistance in the future. A gift in your will would make such a difference to these children.

LEAVING A LEGACY TO THE AMBER TRUST

A gift in your will to The AMBER Trust will help us nurture musical talent in blind or partially sighted children and young people by enabling them to access and develop through music far into the future.

Legacies and bequests will be used to provide funding through The AMBER Music Awards. Funding can be restricted for blind and visually impaired children from specific geographical areas or for specific purposes, such as instruments or music lessons.

You can support The AMBER Trust with either a specific or residuary legacy. Legacies to charities are free from both Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax so they can reduce the total liability on your estate. The AMBER Trust can be included as a beneficiary in your will either by making a new will or by adding a codicil. It is advisable to take professional advice on this. Some model wordings for the various types of bequest follow.
